About the Role
Gurtam Head of Offices is responsible for overseeing the operations of all Gurtam Offices as well as direct management of Gurtam headquarters Administration team in Vilnius ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and maintaining high standards of workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Your Team and Collaborations:
- Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer.
- Subordinates: Heads of Office in Tbilisi, Dubai, Virtual, Mobility Manager and the whole Vilnius Office team driving cross-functional initiatives related to Offices operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and more.
Your Scopes of Responsibility
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable administrative and work environment of Vilnius Office and other Gurtam Offices with well-established service for daily and strategic business needs;

Overseeing day-to-day operations of Vilnius Office Team ensuring smooth and efficient functioning;

Representing the company in Lithuanian governmental institutions, establishment and maintenance of GR;
- Supervising and coordinating Heads of Office’s and Mobility Manager’s work to cover the operational needs of the teams depending on their development stage
- Overseeing the Offices operations to ensure they meet company policies, procedures, and budgets;
- Driving changes in all Gurtam Offices according to the company’s strategy and objectives while ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the service and managing associated risks and issues;
- Keeping effective information flow in Offices;
- Representing the company at industry associations, events, conferences, and meetings in Lithuania as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a legal director or Head of Office in a large-scale, multi-location company;
- Bachelor's degree in Law / Finance / Management;
- Native level of Lithuanian, professional proficiency in English. Fluency Russian is highly desirable;
- Proven leadership and management skills;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment;

Willingness to work 5 days a week onsite from headquarters in Vilnius.
