Technical Care Engineer
Gurtam is an international software developer and provider of Wialon, the platform for GPS tracking and IoT. We are pleased to invite a Technical Care Specialist to provide technical support for our software (Wialon). The work involves deep immersion in the product, analytics, technical consulting and user training.
Requirements
- Logical and analytical mindset, critical thinking
- Fluent working English language
- Working Russian or Spanish are considered as a big plus
- Self-motivation and self-management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work on a rotating 2/2 schedule:
2 day shifts (08:00–20:00 UTC+03)
2 days off
2 night shifts (20:00–08:00 UTC+03)
2 day shifts (08:00–20:00 UTC+03
Responsibilities
- Consulting clients on Gurtam products and providing technical support via HelpDesk, email and online chat 24/7.
- Initial processing, analysis, consultations, and assistance in resolving partners' issues via email.
- Assisting colleagues from other departments on technically-related questions.
- Advising clients on Gurtam products, their settings and capabilities.
- Creating and forwarding bug reports and feature requests to developers.
