We’re seeking a strategic and creative Employer Brand Manager to join Gurtam — a global tech company with a strong culture and a bold vision. In this role, you will shape how the world sees Gurtam as an employer, lead key branding initiatives across regions, and partner with teams to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven global employer branding strategy aligned with Gurtam’s values, vision, and hiring goals.
  • Maintain alignment with Gurtam’s overall brand guidelines and business strategy.

  • Strengthen Gurtam’s presence in global and local talent markets, tailoring messages and campaigns to specific audiences and regions.

  • Build and execute multi-channel employer branding campaigns to attract active and passive candidates.

  • Create high-impact brand content: employee stories, social media assets, blog posts, and video content that showcase life at Gurtam.

  • Manage company reviews and mentions across different platforms and use other tools to uphold a positive employer image.

  • Ensure Gurtam’s presence at relevant conferences, job fairs, and events to position the company as a top tech employer.

  • Use research and performance metrics to improve employer brand initiatives continuously.

  • Collaborate closely with the Brand team, HR, Recruitment, and internal communications teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

  • Work with recruitment to understand talent needs and tailor the branding strategy accordingly.

  • Manage and mentor the Employer Brand team, setting priorities, distributing tasks, and ensuring high execution quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications, ideally in international tech companies.
  • Proven success in creating and executing branding strategies that attracted strong candidates and enhanced reputation.
  • Experience leading a team or managing cross-functional employer branding projects.
  • Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape and how to adapt messaging for different markets.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and content development skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • An analytical mindset with experience tracking ROI and improving campaign performance.
  • Experience with social media, recruitment marketing tools, and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent level of the Lithuanian language. Ability to work 4 days a week from the office at Simbiocity Penta.

Nice to Have Requirements

  • Experience presenting employer branding performance to senior leadership.
  • Visual storytelling skills (e.g. graphic design, video editing).
  • Experience developing communication systems or internal processes from scratch.
