Talent Acquisition Specialist
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles - from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations
- Handle up to five vacancies at a time, ensuring quality over quantity
- Source talent creatively, using a variety of platforms and tools, and engaging passive candidates
- Represent Gurtam at employer branding events
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure a smooth and collaborative hiring process.
What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and talent pipelines through proactive networking, including participation in industry meetups, events, and hackathons
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to responsibility
- Resilient and adaptable, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Easily builds rapport and initiates communication without difficulty
- Focus on finding solutions, not excuses – willing to look for alternative paths, even without ready-made tools or known approaches; doesn't get discouraged by rejections
- Sourcing skills and ability to engage proactively 'cold' candidates
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
- Available for a 4-day on-site work week.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, X-ray search, or other advanced sourcing techniques
- Background in tech recruitment (especially backend, frontend, or DevOps roles)
- Russian language skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
