At Gurtam, our recruiters don’t just fill roles - they shape teams that build world-renowned telematics products. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work on diverse technical and business vacancies across international markets but with the main focus on Vilnius, Lithuania. It’s a role where quality matters more than quantity - we keep workloads reasonable, give each recruiter individual license to LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate and ensure you stay connected with new hires through collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations;
- Handle up to five vacancies at a time, ensuring quality over quantity;
- Source talent creatively, using a variety of platforms and tools, and engaging passive candidates;
- Represent Gurtam at employer branding events - typically once a month, during or after working hours;
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure a smooth and collaborative hiring process.
Requirements
- 2+ year of experience in recruitment, skills in technical recruitment are considered as an advantage;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English. Russian is considered as a big plus;
- Sourcing skills and ability to engage proactively 'cold' candidates;
- Curious mindset with the ability to represent our product and team on the market professionally;
- Ability to work 4 days a week from the office at Simbiocity Penta.
Our salary range for this role is 2700-3100 EUR gross, you’ll also receive a monthly financial bonus for each successfully closed vacancy.
