Your  zones of responsibility

  • Collaborate on a daily basis with content authors, translators marketing team members acting as subject-matter experts and reviewers for content pieces.
  • Review, edit and proofread a variety of written materials in English and Russian, including blog posts, emails, presentations, marketing assets, and case studies to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the company’s editorial policy, tone of voice, and communication strategy.
  • Ensure consistency in language, style, and terminology across different materials.
  • Provide constructive feedback to in-house and freelance content writers, enhancing their skills and fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Address and resolve feedback and comments from stakeholders and approvers of the materials.
  • Adapt editorial practices and guidelines to suit evolving product positioning, content types, and industry standards.
  • Create highly sensitive materials and crisis communication pieces if necessary.
  • Own and maintain key marketing assets (e.g., leaflets, presentations, videos), ensuring they are properly stored and updated in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of the case study production and publication process, from gathering information from partners and internal stakeholders to promoting published case studies.
  • Participate in refining content and communication plans for new projects, products, and directions.

  • Language proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian.
  • Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Project management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new tasks and changing priorities, with the ability to start on new tasks within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Critical thinking: Ability to assess content from various perspectives to ensure comprehensive and balanced outputs.
  • Communication skills: Clarity and effectiveness in verbal and written communication, essential for smoothly handling diverse opinions and conveying editorial guidelines to content authors and stakeholders.
  • Feedback management: Skilled at addressing and incorporating feedback constructively.

Salary range 3500-4000 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
