HR Business Partner
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Product Development teams (covering engineering and product roles involved in developing the company’s core platform) during a phase of active transformation and strategic growth. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, help shape the people strategy, and ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll join a team of HRBPs that work closely with business leaders to build strong, motivated, and high-performing teams.
Your responsibilities

Act as the primary HR Business Partner for several departments, providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, team development, performance management, exit processes, etc.

Partner with managers to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies, supporting organizational design, team transformation, role evolution.

Facilitate leadership communication and team rituals: regular 1:1s, development check-ins, feedback sessions, and engagement reviews.

Strengthen team culture by coaching leaders on building open, outcome-driven, and psychologically safe environments.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of core HR processes (performance review, onboarding, feedback culture, use of AI tools) to enhance employee experience and drive efficiency.

Collect, analyze, and interpret people data (e.g. engagement surveys, exit interviews, pulse surveys) to generate insights and define actionable plans.

Drive cross-functional HR projects and initiatives (e.g. English learning programs, HR analytics, etc.).

Support process automation and digitalization efforts to reduce routine workload and focus on strategic impact.

Handle complex employee relations matters in line with employment law and internal policies across the company's operating countries.
Requirements

4+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role in tech or product-driven companies.

Solid understanding of core HR processes: onboarding, performance, engagement, feedback, team development.

Experience partnering with managers and building trust-based relationships.

Data-informed mindset: ability to interpret metrics and turn them into actions.

Strong facilitation and communication skills — you know how to listen, structure dialogue, and ask the right questions.

Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

A constructive and opportunity-oriented mindset — you approach challenges with curiosity and look for solutions rather than focusing on problems.

Strong working knowledge of employment law and labor practices in Lithuania and proven experience applying this knowledge to real-world employee relations cases.
- Availability to work 4 days a week from the office at Simbiocity Penta.

Fluent in English (B2 level at least) and Russian (B1 level at least)
