Mobile video recorders NEO series

15 January, 2018

Neotech specialists have developed mobile video recorders NEO VTR100 and NEO VTR500. In addition to standard functions of the navigation tracker (GLONASS, sensors, etc.), MDVRs are able to connect several ip-cameras, save and transfer video data to the monitoring server in online mode.

The main feature of the devices is the ability to work with digital high-definition IP cameras (1920x1080 pixels). The quality of the video depends only on the camera settings.

In Wialon, the following functions and commands are supported for NEO MDVRs:

  1. Start a live broadcast.
Allows the client to use cellular traffic only when it is necessary. Used with limited communication speeds.
  2. Stop the broadcast live.
The client can stop the broadcast with a command, or the terminal will automatically stop the broadcast after a certain amount of time.
  3. Request the archive.
The client can save the archived video files on the server and view them for the desired time interval.
  4. Request current photos.
Quick monitoring of the current situation. This is suitable for weak or unstable communication.
  5. Request full information about the video archive.
  6. Remote device congestion.
