Senior UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to evolve the user experience of the Wialon ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of complex B2B web and mobile interfaces, transforming heavy data into intuitive workflows. You will lead the maintenance of our shared design system, ensuring consistency across products while collaborating closely with developers to implement scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, design, and prototype new features and UI components for complex web applications.
• Design and evolve interface solutions across an ecosystem of products, ensuring visual and UX consistency.
• Build, maintain, and support a design system and component library in collaboration with development teams.
• Research and analyze user flows, UX issues, and usage data.
• Formulate and validate UX improvement hypotheses based on data, feedback, and product context.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to review designs, discuss product features, and align on implementation.
• Support implementation by clarifying component behavior, states, and interaction logic.
Must-have requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital products.
• Experience working on complex web and/or B2B systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI ownership.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction logic.
• Experience designing web applications with complex interfaces (tables, forms, dashboards).
• Hands-on experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with design systems and component-based UI (e.g. MUI, Ant Design, or similar).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and explain design decisions.
Nice-to-have requirements
• Experience working with large legacy products and UX debt.
• Experience improving existing flows incrementally, not only greenfield design.
• Experience with usability testing or UX research.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific UX patterns (iOS / Android).
• Experience extending or adapting existing design systems.
• Ability to proactively challenge product or technical decisions from a UX perspective.
• Focus on long-term usability and consistency.
