System Analyst
Responsibilities:
Requirements & Analysis:
- Analyze business requirements from product teams and transform into detailed technical specifications
- Ensure requirements clarity, completeness, and traceability throughout development lifecycle
- Identify gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities in business requirements
Design & Architecture:
- Design system architecture solutions for new features and components
- Create process flows, sequence diagrams, data models, and system interaction schemas
- Identify technical dependencies, constraints, and integration points
- Validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions and estimate complexity
- Document architectural decisions and their rationale
Development Support:
- Act as technical bridge between product management and development teams
- Facilitate technical discussions, planning sessions, and architecture reviews
- Participate in plannings, risk identification, and dependency management
- Review technical solutions and implementation approaches
- Support development teams during implementation phases
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Maintain technical documentation, API contracts, and integration patterns
- Document system flows, architecture decisions, and design rationale
- Build and maintain knowledge base for development teams
- Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and accessibility
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as System Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role
- Strong technical background - ability to understand and discuss technical solutions with developers
- Experience analyzing requirements and creating technical specifications
- Experience with technical documentation - process flows, diagrams, API contracts, system designs
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern development practices
- English proficiency - B2 level minimum (reading technical docs, writing specifications, verbal communication)
- Located in Vilnius or ready to relocate - on-site work 5 days per week
Nice-to-have requirements
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of telematics, GPS tracking, or IoT domains
- Experience working in multi-team environment as shared technical resource
- Background in software development (backend, DevOps, or infrastructure)
- Experience with API design and integration patterns
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability concepts
