Senior DevOps Engineer
What you will do
Infrastructure & Operations
-
Design and scale reliable infrastructure for the Wialon ecosystem.

Ensure high availability through proactive monitoring and OnCall incident response.
-
Optimize Linux systems and networking for peak performance.
CI/CD & Automation
-
Engineer CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
-
Automate provisioning via Terraform and SaltStack (IaC).
-
Streamline workflows to accelerate build, test, and release cycles.
Containerization & Orchestration
-
Evolve production Kubernetes clusters and Docker workloads.
-
Maximize resource efficiency while maintaining resilience and security.
-
Manage secrets and access controls across containerized environments.
Observability & Performance
-
Build monitoring stacks using Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, or Grafana.
-
Drive performance tuning by identifying bottlenecks through centralized logging.
Data & Platform Services
-
Administer high-scale databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) including backups and tuning.

Support identity services (Keycloak) and resolve complex cross-layer technical issues.
What are we looking for
-
4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
-
Strong Linux administration and networking configuration skills.
-
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.

Strong experience with GitLab CI and CI/CD pipeline design.

Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, SaltStack).
-
Experience building monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana).

Experience with PostgreSQL configuration and optimization.
-
Experience with ClickHouse.
-
Scripting skills (Python and/or Bash).
-
Availability to take part in scheduled on-call rotations as required.
Nice to Have

Experience supporting authentication systems (Keycloak).

Experience working in high-load or distributed systems environments, on premises and virtualisation.

Experience improving reliability through SRE practices.
-
Experience with AWS.
