People Experience Specialist
🔑 Key responsibilities
1. Employee experience, benefits, and engagement
Own and develop key employee experience programs in Vilnius, helping create a work environment that feels thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely supportive. Take selected initiatives end-to-end — from spotting opportunities and shaping ideas to launch, follow-up, and reporting.
This includes:
-
Community support and internal clubs
-
Engagement and culture-related initiatives
-
Support for events and employee experience activities when needed
-
Well-being initiatives, family-friendly bonuses and support for parents
-
Office lunches and other lifestyle perks
-
Gurtam Thanks Points (our non-monetary recognition system)
-
Employee gift programs and merch production
-
Work closely with relevant People & Culture teammates and HR Business Partners to keep things aligned locally and consistent across regions
-
Collect feedback, track participation, and use insights to improve programs and employee understanding
-
Keep related documentation clear, up to date, and easy to navigate across internal platforms and the knowledge base
-
Act as a go-to person for selected benefit- and experience-related questions from employees and managers
2. Operations, documentation, and process improvement
-
Use YouTrack to keep tasks, deadlines, and deliverables visible, structured, and moving
-
Support documentation and budget coordination together with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
-
Make sure vendor paperwork, payments, and related records are accurate, complete, and handled on time
-
Look for ways to simplify routine work and improve how things run in practice — from feedback collection and request flows to reminders and daily coordination
-
Contribute to the development of AI-based internal tools and automated support flows together with the team’s AI owners
3. Teamwork and culture contribution
-
Be an active part of planning, discussions, and shared initiatives within the People & Culture team and across HR
-
Support teammates during busy periods or when backup is needed
-
Bring ideas and feedback that help the team work better and stay aligned with company priorities
-
Be a role model for the kind of internal culture we want to build — thoughtful, respectful and collaborative.
✨ What we’re looking for
-
Experience in people-focused work: events, HR programs, office culture, internal communications, engagement initiatives, or similar areas
-
Strong coordination and project management skills: ability to plan, prioritize, and drive initiatives from idea to execution
-
Experience or readiness to own initiatives end-to-end: planning, implementation, follow-up, and reporting
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Confidence in coordinating with colleagues, managers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
-
Readiness to combine operational work with creative projects and process improvements
-
Good working English for day-to-day communication
-
Warm, people-oriented communication style
-
Ownership mindset, flexibility, and a hands-on approach
-
Ability to stay structured and calm in a dynamic environment
-
Curiosity and openness to new ideas, tools, and improvements.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you’re someone who likes to build, improve, and make things happen for people. You feel good in a role with variety, ownership, and real impact. You’re just as comfortable shaping an idea as you are bringing it to life, and you enjoy working with a team that cares deeply, moves quickly, and loves what it does.
