Senior Business Analyst
What you will do
-
Bridge Business & Tech: Collaborate with Product Managers to gather, systematize, and analyze business and user requirements.

System Analysis: Deep dive into system requirements, including APIs, existing library capabilities, data formats, and overall architecture.

Requirement Engineering: Create detailed User Stories and propose solutions based on your analysis.

Team Collaboration: Discuss tasks with the development team, validate solutions, and perform task decomposition and evaluation.

Full SDLC Support: Assist Dev and QA teams during implementation, resolve bugs, and conduct UAT, demos, and release management.

Documentation: Prepare documentation and describe system behavior.
What are we looking for

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

Technical Literacy: Understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture.

Expertise: Skilled in identifying and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.

Design Mindset: Experience in designing user journeys and web interfaces.

Process Knowledge: Understanding of software development stages and the ability to contribute at each stage.

Analytical Prowess: Ability to structure complex information, present it reasonably, and draw conclusions.
Nice to Have
-
Knowledge of SQL and ability to build database queries.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
