Gurtam is a software developer of telematics and IoT solutions with a focus on fleet management. With 20+ years of market expertise and a global network of partners from 150+ countries, the company’s products are used all over the world.

As our network grows, we’re looking for a Technical Growth Specialist who will help partners launch, grow, and optimise projects powered by Wialon. This role combines pre-sales responsibilities with technical support duties.

This is a fully remote position. We collaborate via Deel.com, so you’ll need to have an open individual entrepreneur status or similar legal setup in your country of residence.

Responsibilities

Support new leads:

  • Handle technical demo sessions: introduce Wialon and IoT concepts, run product demos, and help remove blockers so potential clients can make informed decisions.

Support existing partners:

  • Help partners develop their technical expertise and deepen their understanding of the IoT landscape.
  • Deliver consultations and training sessions (software and hardware-related) to ensure smooth onboarding and boost confidence in using Wialon.
  • Support all types of telematics projects - migrations, client onboarding and retention initiatives.
  • Guide partner employees through our Basic Course, help them prepare for Certification and assess their progress.
  • Assist in hardware integration and manage test accounts for hardware manufacturers.
  • Run public training sessions and webinars — helping the community discover more ways to use Wialon effectively.
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in partner events (if it aligns with your skills and capacity).

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Portuguese required; knowledge of Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Experience in positions of technical support or training or similar (management of technical variables + live interaction with customers).
  • University degree (ideally computer engineering, systems or related/technical background).
  • High productivity level and high speed of work in general – it is important for us how many unique letters you can write per day and how many phone calls/ meetings you can handle with no quality loss.
  • Outstanding time management skills – ability to set priorities, plan your day based on incoming requests, possible force majeure, tasks from the Team Lead, and your personal work goals.
  • Strong knowledge of how to build fruitful partnership – provision of high-quality service, diplomacy, attention to details, honesty.
  • Fast learner – we provide you with an extensive training program during your probation period, and with a plethora of training opportunities after that.
  • Ability to switch focus easily within a high number of incoming tasks.
  • Excellent business correspondence and communication skills.

  • Compensation package includes the pay range 1500-2000 USD Gross.
  • 20 working days of vacation per year and Brazilian state holidays.
  • Compensation for professional training, both corporate and individual.
  • Full pay for the first 10 working days of sick leave. 5 sick days a year without a doctor's note.
