SEO Specialist
As an SEO Specialist, you will own and drive the organic growth strategy across our multilingual B2B website. You will be responsible for managing the full SEO cycle — from keyword research and on-page optimization to technical audits and link building — in close collaboration with our content and development teams. You’ll work on a diverse set of markets, track performance, and contribute directly to lead generation and funnel growth.

The digital team is responsible for the following marketing channels and initiatives: websites, digital ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM, and analytics.
Responsibilities

Design and lead end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) focused on B2B traffic growth and lead generation

Maintain and optimize multilingual keyword core (EN, ES, FR, PT, RU), including hreflang and regional domain strategies – coordinate with Content team

Prepare SEO briefs for new landing pages, blog posts, and case studies based on keyword and competitor research

Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements, including site audits, page speed optimization, structured data, and crawlability

Execute ongoing on-page and off-page optimization efforts

Develop and run backlink strategies targeting B2B audiences in the US, Europe, and LATAM

Analyze competitors’ SEO tactics: SERP landscape, keyword gaps, topical authority, and search intent

Monitor SEO performance and build regular reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio) to track rankings, traffic, and conversions

Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, Core Web Vitals, and the evolution of AI-powered search.
Must-have requirements

3+ years of proven SEO experience with multilingual websites

Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Data-driven approach: ability to connect SEO efforts with business outcomes such as qualified lead generation and funnel progression

Experience in collaborating with developers and writing clear, actionable technical tasks

Strong English proficiency (written and verbal). Additional languages (ES, FR, PT, RU) are a plus, but not required

Experience with international SEO, including hreflang implementation and multilingual content strategies.

Experience working with SaaS/B2B tech products

Experience with Looker Studio or other dashboard tools

Familiarity with CMS like WordPress, Webflow, Directus, or similar

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS
