Technical Program Manager

Each day, our solutions become game-changers for a diverse range of companies, helping them tackle the most extraordinary challenges in their businesses.Due to the growth of the department, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for cross-team delivery coordination, alignment with business initiatives, and driving measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:

Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives across 2–5 engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and external stakeholders to define and track measurable success criteria for major initiatives.

Manage program roadmaps, dependencies, timelines, and risks; escalate when necessary to ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams to ensure shared understanding and transparency of priorities, progress, and blockers.

Support teams in improving delivery predictability, velocity, and quality via agile practices and continuous improvement.

Own and drive delivery metrics (e.g., release timelines, lead time, cycle time) and business outcomes (e.g., objectives, KRs, Initiatives).

Act as the glue between technical implementation and strategic objectives - ensuring alignment and accountability across functions.
What we expect of you:

5+ years of experience in program / project / delivery management within tech/product organizations.

Strong technical understanding of SDLC/ Software Development Life Cycle.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-team programs in agile environments.

Ability to translate high-level business objectives into concrete, trackable technical deliverables.

Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Russian. You will need to communicate complex technical concepts in both languages.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, YouTrack.
