Event Manager ( People & Culture team)
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Event Manager to join our team and help us organize unforgettable employee events, foster vibrant internal communities, and support the management of our benefits program and corporate merchandise.

What you’ll do
- Plan and execute employee events, from small gatherings to large corporate celebrations.
- Actively support existing employee communities (e.g., sports teams, hobby clubs) and drive the creation of new ones by organizing activities, providing resources, and encouraging engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors, negotiate the best terms, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Gather and analyze feedback from events to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the company’s benefits program: assist employees in navigating their options, propose new ideas, and optimize processes.
- Manage corporate merchandise: from concept and design to ordering and logistics.
- Bring bold ideas to life to enhance internal culture and employee engagement.
Expectations from our future colleague:
- 2 years of hands-on experience in event planning or community management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Empathy and creativity to understand what employees need and how to bring them together.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage diverse projects.
- Being able to communicate in English, Lithuanian, Russian to enhance team relations, especially in diverse environment.

Salary range 2200-3300 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results
