Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Lithuanian regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage a team of two accountants: the payroll accountant and the payments accountant, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance.
- Participate actively in the transition between accounting software systems and assist in process automation.
- Maintain accounting records in multiple systems during the transition phase.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting role in Lithuania.
- In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations.
- Strong expertise in accounting software.
- Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level or higher. Russian would be considered as a plus though used only for internal communication.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode with 3 days from the office.

Salary range 4300-5200 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results;
