The Wialon partners are our core value, and that is why, during this challenging time since the beginning of 2020, we have already launched multiple salutary initiatives to encourage our community:

Today we released the Wialon partner map. If you’re with us long ago, you should remember a map of partners’ offices placed on gurtam.com. Then we renounced it to make it even more informative and user-friendly. Now we are delighted to introduce an updated version and answer the main questions related to its release.

What does this map do?

The modified map at wialon.com displays the Wialon partners’ offices registered via my.wialon.com (ex my.gurtam.com) and allows the potential client who visited our website to choose the provider they need and send the request there right away. The newly created request comes to my.wialon.com

In such a way, this tool allows redirecting all the received requests to partners as fast as possible. The partners, in turn, will be able to process these requests more quickly too.

As a result, the updated map is one more channel helping to get clients from wialon.com.

How does it work?

As noted previously, if the client chooses your office on the map, this request will automatically appear in your account on my.wialon.com. At the same time, you will receive the corresponding notification to the email address you indicated when creating this office. What are you supposed to do next after receiving the request? We have prepared the End-user request processing guidelines and Processing guidelines for end-user requests from the Wialon map, where you’ll find a detailed answer to this question.

The data for the map will be taken from my.wialon.com. That’s why it is essential to have the information on your offices there, and this data should be up-to-date. Otherwise, your potential might not even know about you. So, if you haven't registered or updated your office address yet, feel free to do this right now!

What’s new in the work with offices on my.wialon.com?

In order to implement the idea with the map, we made changes to the process of creating a new office and editing an existing one.

  • All offices will be moderated. It means that when creating and editing the office, it will receive the In review status and will not be visible on the map. Also, you will not be able to edit it from my.wialon.com.
  • Your personal manager will check the information on the office, and if everything is ok, the office will receive the Approved status, and you will be able to edit it.
  • If the data provided is incomplete, faulty, or some other issues hinder the moderation process, the office status will change to Rejected. We will add the reason for the rejection in a dedicated field so that you can eliminate it. After making changes to the rejected office, please send it for re-moderation.
  • The notifications with office moderation results will be sent to the main user of my.wialon.com by default, and the users who have access to the offices. If needed, you can disable such types of notifications in the access settings for specific users.

Please note that only offices with the Approved status will be displayed on the map.

If you have any questions that are not answered in this article, do not hesitate to ask your personal manager or drop an email to sales@gurtam.com. Even though the map has already been released, you can register an office right now or update an existing one, following the instructions above, and get ready to process incoming requests from the new clients.
