Step into the Wialon Partner Success team and contribute to building trusting relationships with existing Wialon partners ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and support. 

Responsibilities

  • Building trusting relationships with existing Wialon partners in the assigned time zones/according to the language skills.
  • Regular communication via email, phone, video, and personal meetings.
  • Negotiations with partners according to the processes.
  • Identification of their needs.
  • Informing about the partner community policies and monitoring over their compliance.
  • Market research within the assigned sphere of responsibility.
  • Constant maintenance of clients' database by using our CRM.
  • Participation in expos with/without the company booth in the specified region; business trips, expo-related preparation tasks.
  • Regular reports to the Head of the Partner Success Team.
  • Assistance to the Head of the Partner Success Team and senior colleagues upon request.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles in IT sphere.
  • Full professional proficiency in the English and Russian languages.
  • Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions from it.
  • Time-management skills in saturated work environment.
  • High productivity and speed of work.

Must-Have Requirements

  • B2+ English skills, B2+ Russian skills (the PSM will use both in communication with partners)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

  • Public speaking experience would be considered as a big plus.
  • Experience in international business.
  • Experience in telematics
  • Knowledge of computer science
