About the Role Join the Wialon Platform team and help us redefine the telematics industry. We are building a fast, flexible, and compliance-ready platform designed for modern fleets, utilizing cutting-edge cloud-native and no-code technologies.

In this role, you will work within a strong engineering culture and contribute to high-level architectural decisions. You will help evolve an ecosystem trusted by 2,700+ partners in 160+ countries, ensuring our solution remains the global standard for fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Module Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for key modules, driving the shift toward no-code and cloud-native capabilities.

  • Technical Strategy: Participate in product-level architectural decisions, ensuring the platform remains scalable, flexible, and developer-friendly.

  • Hypothesis Driven: Formulate and decompose product hypotheses to drive data-informed feature development.

  • Requirements Management: Translate market needs into clear technical requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for our engineering teams.

  • Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-impact tasks that align with the roadmap.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, BAs, and developers during discovery and implementation to manage scope trade-offs and clarify requirements.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor module KPIs, analyze post-release impact, and gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of Product Management experience, specifically with B2B SaaS products.

  • Strategic Skills: Proven experience in lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and Go-to-Market execution.

  • Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of API-based products, integration workflows, and cloud-native architectures.

  • Methodology: Mastery of Discovery techniques and technical documentation (PRDs).

  • Data Literacy: Ability to use SQL or BI dashboards to analyze product performance.
