Marketing Designer
Marketing Designer
Gurtam is an international software developer and provider of Wialon, the platform for GPS tracking and IoT. 300+ professionals work around the globe including our offices in Tbilisi, Dubai, Boston with headquarters in Vilnius.

Design assets for brand collateral for web sources (website, social media, and digital banners) and offline (printed materials, souvenirs, etc.).

Create exhibition booths’ design and visualizations.

Develop templates for internal use (presentations, whitepapers, etc.) and Figma mockups (banners, certificates, scheme mockups, buttons, illustrations).

Assist the Head of Marketing with project schemes, process improvements, and task allocation between the designers to ensure smooth workflows and meet deadlines.

Coordinate with outsourced designers when necessary, ensuring they follow the brand guidelines and deliver high-quality results.

Mentor the other designer, providing feedback and support to help in professional growth.
Successful candidate demonstrates

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Designer role.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools.

Fluency in Figma.

Experience working in 3D space to create previews and visualizations.

Strong skills in branding and identity creation, proven skills in creating marketing materials (brochures, banners, presentations, and print media).

Ability to create assets within the corporate style and find simple, concise design solutions.

Understanding of how graphic design supports marketing strategies and branding.

Effective teamwork and communication with cross-functional teams.

English at a decent level for communication in writing and spoken Russian.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
