You will be responsible for

Continuous development of partners' technical expertise and understanding of the IoT domain;

Work with leads — technical pre-sale assistance, Wialon and IoT introduction, basic demo delivery, closing all the technical blockers;

Work with partners — technical training and consultations for easy onboarding, building, and extending the partner expertise on Wialon;

Holding training sessions and webinars, including those to extend the number of possible scenarios for using Wialon;

Improving partner employees' expertise via passing them through the Basic Course; evaluation of their expertise via Certification.
We expect:
- Skill in analyzing client requirements to propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Willingness to invest time in mastering a diverse product portfolio designed for various business niches.
- Experience in telematics or IoT industries, which can provide valuable context for understanding client needs and company products is nice to have.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
- Proficiency in active listening to understand client needs and address their questions effectively. Strong ability to deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations to clients.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
