Responsibilities

  • Providing solutions for Wialon-related issues: Deliver expert solutions and guidance to customers on issues related to Wialon.

  • Assisting colleagues: Offer technical advice and assistance to colleagues across departments on Wialon-related inquiries, facilitating smooth cross-functional operations.

  • Troubleshooting server-based product issues: Resolve technical issues encountered by partners with server-based products, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.

  • Paid extra support services: Deliver premium support services, including installation and updates of server-based products, and execute recovery processes in the event of failures due to customer actions.

  • Enhancing AI assistant response quality: Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI assistant response quality by performing tasks that refine and optimize its outputs.

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear guidance to users
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Linux servers
  • Experience using remote support tools and techniques to assist clients with technical issues
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and following support protocols.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Russian to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
