Responsibilities
- Management of own events aimed at increasing awareness of the Gurtam employer brand (meetups, conferences, lectures and workshops);
- Organizing Gurtam’s participation in external events as a partner;
- Development of the speaker community within the company, search and preparation of speakers to participate in events;
- Increasing awareness of the employer brand Gurtam among the student audience of Lithuania (partnerships with universities, implementation of internships);
- Conducting special creative projects to increase the recognition of Gurtam as an employer.
Requirements

Experience working with events organization for at least 2 years;

Experience in running projects as a manager from launch to results analysis at least 1 year

Community management and engagement skills

Fluent English and Russian, knowledge of Lithuanian will be a big advance;

Ability to organize your time and adhere to deadlines;
Salary range 2500-2800 EUR gross as a base salary plus project-based bonuses, based on experience and interview results.
