Digital Marketing Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Wialon Digital Marketing team's strategy.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Oversee website management, digital ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics initiatives.
- Set priorities, bring innovative approaches, encourage automation, and implement best industry practices.
- Plan the team's workload on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate and enhance cross-team cooperation with developers, the Content Marketing team, the Design team, PR and event marketers, and others.
- Manage yearly budget planning, allocation, and reporting.
- Purchase SEO tools and other services for the team.
- Supervise and mentor the team, including hiring and onboarding new members when needed.
- Conduct performance reviews and assessments.
We expect:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, website UX, A/B testing, and ad optimization.
- Familiarity with website management and CMS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Spoken fluency in English and Russian.

Salary range 4500-5500 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
