For the third time, Wialon runs IoT project of the year, a contest on IoT projects focused on telematics. Read more about this year's rules, project submission, and other details.

Didn’t get to witness the previous rounds of the contest? Feel free to visit the dedicated website and watch the 2021 award ceremony to know what it's about. Already have a project to submit? Do it now – here if you’re a Wialon partner, and here if you use other software in your projects.

2022 edition: pushing the boundaries

“The latest projects, apart from local market peculiarities, faced some post-COVID stresses, such as lockdowns in many countries and cities, delivery chains disruptions, lack of semiconductors and other components from China, and even new car and equipment shortages. On top of that, the war in Ukraine shifted the money flows and restructured business relationships in many areas. We’re excited to see how the service providers used their expertise and business wit to adapt to those changes.

All in all, we’re continuing to host the contest to inspire and praise the telematics and IoT sphere, giving voice to the projects that made unique changes for businesses all over the globe. Although our primary aim is providing a GPS tracking and IoT platform you can rely on, showcasing the successes of our partners and other telematics providers is also important for knowledge sharing, promoting the use of IoT and growing the IoT market for all its participants.”
