Telematics 2018: Early bird registration!

It happened! The registration for Telematics 2018 partner conference is now open! We are waiting for your application forms until 24 July and preparing an eventful program.

The conference will be traditionally held in summer. This year, on 14-17 August.

Conference agenda

August 14 – Training Day

The day before the conference officially starts, you will attend workshops on Wialon solutions alongside with sales, customer support, marketing, staff recruitment and retention sessions.

August 15 – Conference Day 1

Meet Wialon developers sharing the company’s achievements for the last year and the system’s growth prospects. You will be able to discuss new functionality and plans for the future during roundtable discussions and limited workgroups. At the end of the day, we will arrange the award ceremony honoring the partners that got in Wialon TOP 50 Global and consider all pending issues over dinner.

August 16 – Conference Day 2

Attend the presentations prepared by hardware manufacturers and Wialon integrators. They will share their best practices and success stories. The 2018 novelty is a special technology partners exhibition display, where you can take a good look at the telematics equipment. In the evening, we invite all the participants for the gala banquet.

Be aware that on 15-16 August, the event venue will change from Gurtam office to a conference hall of Beijing Hotel in Minsk (36, Krasnoarmeiskaya str). Technology partners exhibition display will be held there as well. The telematics2018 promotional code will allow the participants get 15% discount for staying at the hotel (upon booking the room through the hotel’s website).

Telematics talks

Want to give a talk at Telematics? Great! We are always happy to have new speakers especially if you want to share an interesting project or Wialon-based solution. Specify the topic of the talk and its content in the special field of the registration form (details are below).

Registration

This year, we expanded the conference audience. We invite all integrators working with Wialon regardless of whether they have a direct contract with Gurtam or not.

Direct partners can register at my.gurtam.com in the conference section or at telematics2018.com. Registration deadline is July 24. Each company can send up to three representatives. The conference format infers the discussion of commercial and technical issues, so the participation of various specialists will make the most of Telematics attendance.

Direct partners can register their subdealers as well.

Technology partners and developers of Wialon-based solutions submit their request through this form.
