With the latest and freshest updates of the Wialon Hosting we are happy to inform you of the updated Wialon Mobile Android application, already gaining a lot of active fans and download dynamics. And the updated iOS Wialon Mobile is about to come in a week. The new Wialon mobile is steadily moving towards the full functionality of the Wialon Hosting PC version, thus expanding its possibilities by other useful enhancements.

The clustering of units on the map is now a new option, which will automatically provide information on the number of assets upon scaling. After clicking on the cluster icon – the workgroup shall appear, and after clicking on the unit from the workgroup – the unit’s profile shall automatically pop up.

The “Measure Distance” option has been recently implemented, giving you the idea of possible distance between certain geolocations and areas.

The names of units shall be optionally displayed onside the unit markers on maps, this setting is active by default, therefore can be deactivated in unit settings.

Mobile notifications have also been implemented, giving you the latest information on the vehicle's whereabouts, motion status, speed violations and geofence trespassing.

The unit portfolio including the events and the information over the asset, together with its icons, has been updated, providing more details to users over the immediate speed profiles of the vehicle and his motion status.

To execute commands one should swipe over the unit's name on the list ( or the unit tracking regime) to proceed with commands. The following types of commands are now available:  query position, block/unblock engine, request DDD file, query snapshot.
