Gurtam is an international software developer and provider of Wialon, the platform for GPS tracking and IoT. We are pleased to invite a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for our software (Wialon). The work involves deep immersion in the product, analytics, technical consulting and user training.

Technical education or work experience in the IT field (technical support / system administration).

Strong Intermediate level of English.

Willingness to work in shifts (day and night shifts: 2 days from 8 am to 8 pm / 2 days off / 2 days from 8 pm to 8 am / 2 days off…).

Strive to learn and further provide quality advice to clients on their issues.
Future tasks
- Initial processing and basic analysis of incoming requests in Russian and English.
- Consulting clients on Gurtam products and providing technical support via email and rarely phone.
- Advising and assisting colleagues from other departments on technically-related questions
- Advising clients on Gurtam products, their settings and capabilities.
