User Support Specialist
We are looking for a reliable User Support Specialist to join our team in Georgia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, responsible for setting up and maintaining user workstations (Windows, and Mac) and ensuring the stability of our physical network. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to all users.
- Perform installation, configuration, and setup of new PCs and laptops (Windows, Mac OS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Maintain the local network on the physical layer (e.g., cabling, port management).
Must-Have Requirements
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Networking: Good understanding of basic network technologies and diagnostic tools (ping, mtr, traceroute, etc.).
- Languages: At least Intermediate level of English.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Practical, hands-on experience with Linux distributions (preferably Debian or Ubuntu).
- Russian language skills would be an advantage.
