Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of 3 TA specialists through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, development planning, onboarding, and daily operational guidance

Distribute vacancies and project-related activities across the team, monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and ensure alignment to the strategic goals

Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure recruitment strategies meet current and future talent needs

Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose working solutions

Personally manage 2–3 senior or strategically important vacancies, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and alignment with business needs

Prepare reports on key recruitment indicators, funnel effectiveness, team performance, and TA-related projects.

Participate in strategic HR projects related to recruitment from concept to implementation

Suggest and implement effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategies based on market research and hiring trends

Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with the Employer Brand team) on initiatives that strengthen Gurtam’s position in the talent market

Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
Requirements

Senior level experience in technical recruitment, with the last 2 years in a managerial or team lead role

Proven experience in hiring across multiple regions and markets

Team leadership: delegation, coaching, feedback, and goal alignment

Expertise in KPI definition, tracking, and evaluation

Data-driven mindset with experience in preparing and presenting analytical recruitment reports

Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work from the office 4 days a week
Salary range 4,500-5000 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results. There is also a bonus component based on successfully closing vacancies and achieving quarterly goals.
