Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee various marketing and PR projects, including analyzing outcomes and providing recommendations.

Assist in the development of communication plans within the area of responsibility.

Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify best practices and come up with ideas for successful Wialon brand promotion.

Build and maintain media relations, including research, communication, content creation, and publishing.

Analyze media publications and mentions of the company to assess visibility and impact.

Establish strong relationships with PR agencies, marketing agencies, freelancers, and other contractors.

Content ideas & creation, working closely with the content team and external partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Research, organize, and coordinate speaking opportunities, participation in industry conferences, summits, and exhibitions for company representatives.

Manage marketing campaigns or projects independently.
Requirements
-
3+ years in marketing, PR, or communications
-
Marketing projects management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Content marketing, copywriting experience (press releases, articles, website content)

Experience working with external teams, freelancers, agencies

Experience with marketing analytics tools

Experience with PR tools
-
Experience in media relations & PR outreach, building relationships with journalists, influencers, industry media (preferred)
- English and Russian language skills at a professional level
