Employer Branding Specialist

HR
Lithuania (Vilnius)
Office
English

At Gurtam, we build fleet management and IoT solutions used in 150+ countries. The product speaks for itself. Now we want our employer brand to do the same — to reflect who we actually are and make sure the right people know it.

You'll join our People & Culture team in Vilnius — a team that works across both internal and external people-related initiatives. Employer brand, people experience, HR operations — it all connects, and we move better when everyone understands the whole picture, not just their own piece of it.

This is a hands-on role with real variety: you'll be out in the community, running events, building relationships with universities and tech communities, working with internal speakers, and making sure Gurtam shows up well wherever people form opinions about us as an employer. If you enjoy making things happen — not just discussing them — and care about doing them well, this role might be for you.

What you'll be working on

  • Planning and running external events — meetups, tech conferences; managing Gurtam's participation as a partner or organizer

  • Building and developing an internal speaker community, identifying potential speakers, helping them find their topics, and preparing them to represent Gurtam externally

  • Building partnerships with universities, tech communities, and professional organizations in Lithuania

  • Contributing to employer brand content together with the team: sharing materials, stories, and moments from events that feed into LinkedIn, career pages, and social media

  • Managing Gurtam's presence on employer review platforms and supporting award and ranking submissions

  • Working with HR colleagues on candidate experience and aligning employer brand with how we attract and hire

  • Tracking results (event reach, community growth) and using them to improve future activities

What we're looking for

  • Experience organizing events: from logistics to follow-up, not just attending them

  • Ability to engage and motivate people who don’t have to say yes — speakers, partners, community members — and build strong working relationships without formal authority

  • Good content instincts: ability to write a LinkedIn post, brief a designer, and tell a story that sounds human, clear, and credible

  • Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing several things at once without dropping the ball

  • Fluent English; Lithuanian is a real advantage

  • Genuine curiosity about the tech world. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be interested in what engineers care about

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in employer branding, HR communications, or a closely related field

  • Experience in or familiarity with the IT/tech industry

  • Background in community building or managing professional communities

Who you are

You're someone who follows through, shows up, and cares about whether something actually worked, not just whether it got done.

You're comfortable with people, whether it’s in a room full of engineers, at a university career fair, or in a one-on-one conversation with a potential speaker who's never been on stage before.

You bring warmth and energy to your work, and you genuinely enjoy being part of a team that cares about what it builds together.

If this sounds like the kind of work you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.

What we offer

  • Compensation: €2,900 – €3,700 Gross (based on experience)

  • Health: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Time Off: Flexible PTO for vacation, personal needs, and sick days

  • Growth: Funding for training, specialised courses, and conferences

  • Culture: Free lunches, team-building events, and corporate gifts

  • Family: Support to help balance work and family life

  • Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid - 4 days/week in office).
