Responsibilities
- Leading the UX/UI Design team for web and mobile products: building design processes, standards and methods; evaluation and improvement of performance, mentoring and knowledge sharing;
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure feasibility within existing constraints and alignment with expectations;
- Leading the UX/UI for the Wialon ecosystem development: goals, planning and concept;
- Audit and redesign of UI legacy, implementing design systems and modern guidelines;
- Leading regular design reviews, critiques, and ideation sessions for the team;
- Research and analysis of user flows, product metrics; improving usability and user experience;
- Competitor UX/UI analysis, brainstorming and validation of new ideas;
- Leading regular design reviews, critiques, and ideation sessions for the team;
- Independent work on key tasks for the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
- Proven expertise in designing for B2B products across web and mobile platforms;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards;
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and retionale, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations;
- Experience in creating and managing design systems;
- A proven track record of leading design projects from concept to delivery;
- Knowledge of front-end development processes and technologies is a plus;
- Spoken level of English and Russian.
Salary range 5000-6000 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
