Senior Data Analyst
Gurtam is an international software developer and provider of Wialon, the platform for GPS tracking and IoT. 300+ professionals work around the globe including our offices in Tbilisi, Dubai, Boston with headquarters in Vilnius.
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our product department and help us build a unified analytics system. You will play a crucial role in tracking and analyzing product metrics to drive the success and growth of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Work with product metrics to track and analyze the performance and growth of our products.
- Develop and implement a unified analytics system using BI tool.
- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for different departments within the company.
- Optimize existing analytics processes and systems.
- Collaborate closely with the product department to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Help to design A/B tests.
- Train staff on how to use new analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in creating visualizations and dashboards using BI tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, SuperSet.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of ETL processes and experience with ETL tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex queries.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- English and Russian languages skills at Upper Intermediate level.
Salary range 4000-5000 EUR gross for candidates located in Vilnius, based on your experience and interview results.
