Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders for Odoo improvements, with a strong focus on the 1C to Odoo migration.
  • Handle user inquiries and requests efficiently through chat, email, and a help center.
  • Create and oversee tasks in  YouTrack to ensure efficient tracking and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Break down complex tasks into manageable components for the Odoo migration project.
  • Manage priorities and the project backlog effectively.
  • Generate and arrange tasks for Sprint planning.
  • Monitor task statuses and ensure compliance with initial product requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
  • Support the implementation of new development outcomes through presentations and documentation in Confluence.
  • Update internal documentation to reflect the new Odoo processes.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings for planning, task statuses, and overall project progress for the Odoo migration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for ERP or similar enterprise-level software.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in task and project management using a task management tool like YouTrack.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including experience with Sprint planning and backlog management.

  • Hands-on experience in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks.

  • Direct experience with Odoo, either in implementation, support, or administration.

  • Ability to conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, specifically in tools like Confluence.

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling user inquiries and ensuring project compliance.

  • Ability to conduct user training sessions and create training materials to help stakeholders effectively utilise Odoo features and functionalities.

Salary range 3200-3600 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
