- external/internal client’s cooperation;
- administrative and financial support for clients (invoices, payments, terms & conditions, contracts, etc.);
- management of receivables (payments collection);
- business correspondence with existing clients and leads (consulting clients on accounts receivables matters);
- launching/blocking accounts, technical launch of new clients;
- control and revision of agreements, bills and invoices;
- contribute to process improvement and process automation projects.
What we expect from our future colleague:
- Bachelor degree;
- English from Upper Intermediate, knowledge of Russian is a plus;
- Computer literacy (Internet/Email, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project);
- Previous experience with clients is required;
- Perfect communication skills;
- Business correspondence in English;
- Punctuality and sense of duty;
- Good writing skills;
- Attentiveness to details.
Salary range 1800-2300 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
