Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing the development of Wialon capabilities on Mobile platforms, including such products as Wialon mobile monitoring apps, WiaTag and mobile Logistics.
- Engaging proactively in product discovery to deeply understand the current user scenarios on mobile platforms, market trends and competitors advancements as well as identify the growth & optimization opportunities.
- Formulating and validating product hypotheses to reach the high-level mobile product objectives, using internal data analysis, direct users and partners feedback, prototyping and experimenting.
- Analyzing feature requests from partners community and internal stakeholders to determine their alignment with the mobile product strategy and measurable value proposition.
- Prioritizing and maintaining a mobile product backlog to ensure transparency in product plans, a sufficient volume of validated stories, and a focus on the highest priority work.
- Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product requirements can be transformed into effective technical and design solutions.
- Overseeing product releases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of features and updates.
- Managing and developing analytics tools such as Firebase and Flurry to track key metrics, gather data on user behavior, and optimize the product.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product management, with a focus on mobile app development on iOS/Android platforms
- Proven experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, metrics growth and ongoing optimization.
- A user-centered mindset with the ability to empathize with end-users and drive product improvements based on user feedback.
- A deep understanding of mobile market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in prioritizing product features based on strategic goals and user needs.
- Developed English and Russian communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey product strategies and decisions effectively.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and analytics to inform product strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize analytics tools such as Firebase, Flurry, or similar platforms to track user behavior and key performance metrics, build custom reports and generate insights.
Salary range 4000-5000 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
