InfraOps Tech Lead
For the development of our products, we are looking for a Tech Lead of the InfraOps team (SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure). Our future colleague will work with the team and take an active part in product development.
Your goals as a Tech lead:

Tech leadership of the team responsible for platform development and site reliability.

Running the company's services stable and uninterruptedly.

Maintenance of the security of the entire platform at the appropriate level.

Transparent working processes in the InfraOps Platform Infrastructure team.
More about tasks:
Technical and team coordination:
- supervising and mentoring newcomers
- assistance in planning and distribution of tasks
- assistance in adapting the company's processes within the team
Solving architectural issues
- conducting technical research and organizing the introduction of new tools and approaches
- collection and analysis of infrastructure / server metrics
- testing hypotheses before implementing changes
- improving deployment methods and implementing modern CI/CD approaches
- preparation of services for rapid scaling
Platform support and work on tasks from the backlog (mainly technical):
- increase the stability and fault tolerance of the platform
- incident response and elimination
- optimization of infrastructure usage (CPU / RAM / HDD / Net)
We will value:
- Experience in managing a team or mentoring several engineers at the same time for at least 2 years.
- Good knowledge of the technical stack:
- Architecture of networks and protocols, high load infrastructure, configuration and use of containers and orchestration.
- Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, BerkleyDB).
- Deep understanding of network architecture. Experience with network protocols TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL.
- Linux: processes, signals, firewall, filesystems, users/groups/permissions, remote access.
- Experience in setting up, implementing and using monitoring systems (Zabbix, Munin, Prometheus).
- Ability to communicate both at the technical and business levels in English and Russian.
