drag_alarm

Bitwise variable, each byte means following:

1.Bit15~Bit0. The range is 0~65535
2. Value(Bit15~Bit0)=0, the drag alarm is disabled
3. Once the alarm is set and enabled, when device detected the ignition status changed from ON to OFF, the alarm will automatically become effective.
