Responsibilities

  • Managing accounting function of four legal entities. One company with an in-house accounting department, two with a part of accounting functions in-house and a part outsourced and one company with a fully outsourced accounting.
  • Maintaining and updating group salary and payroll policy.
  • Maintaining and updating transfer pricing policy local and master files with help from external consultants.
  • Coordinating external audits, their scope and timeframe.
  • Supporting payroll process in complicated matters and when changes are being implemented.
  • Coordinating accounting policies of Gurtam group.
  • Being a business processes owner in automation tasks related to salary and accounting.
  • Being a liaison between different departments in matters that require attention or approval from accounting, e.g., new projects, plans, and automation.
  • Participating in tax planning of the group and supporting implementation of the tax plan.

Requirements

  • Experience as a lead accountant, accounting manager, or similar position in a multi-location company.
  • Experience in preparing functional descriptions of business processes for automation.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Spreadsheet. 
  • Proficiency level of Russian and English languages.

Salary range from 3500-6000 EUR gross, based on experience and interview results.
