Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product managers to gather, systematise, and analyse business and user requirements for the product.
- Analyse and consider system requirements such as APIs, capabilities of existing libraries, used data formats, and architecture.
- Create user stories based on the requirements and proposed solutions.
- Discuss tasks with the development team, detail and validate the solution, decompose and evaluate the task.
- Assisting the development and QA teams in implementing product requirements and resolving bugs;
- Conducting UAT, demos, and release management;
- Preparing documentation and describing system behaviour.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst;
- Understanding of web-technologies, client-server architecture;
- Experience in identifying, detailing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
- Skill and experience in designing user journeys, web interfaces;
- Knowledge of software product development stages, ability to work with a team at each stage;
- Ability to work with Jira, Miro, Grafana tools;
- Ability to structure, formalise information, draw conclusions;
- English and Russian languages skills at Upper Intermediate level.
Salary range 3800-4300 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results.
