Gurtam through the eyes of employees

Working at Gurtam is like having New Year’s Eve every day – each day is different, unique and full of surprises. There’s no way to get bored and spirit of challenge fills every second of your work day. In Sales International department we call ourselves “warriors of light” because we bring “light” and relief to so many businesses that each second is filled with purpose. When I come home after work I know I did something important – we are not teachers or doctors but when Wialon helps find stolen cars in New Zealand, locate person with Alzheimer disease who got lost in Stockholm, or prevent fuel theft from a fighter aircraft somewhere in the military base in Africa (I swear that’s a real case!) I feel happy as my life is not spent in vain. That’s the reason for joining the Gurtam family today.

Olga Filonchuk, Sales Manager

Gurtam is the place that allowed me to start my professional career, and for that I will be forever grateful. In that sense, Gurtam means one thing: Opportunity. I cannot ask for a better team as everyone in the Boston office provides an incredible amount of value and would not want it any differently.

Ricardo Sandor, Vice President of Business Development Latin America

Gurtam is a Вelarusian company, that incorporated Western transparency and employee-oriented working environment to create a very promising product (Wialon). Gurtam is a unique living creature, a team that looks ahead and values your contribution. For two years I was able to come through, understand and make a lot: training and certification program development, for instance. In every case when the project or issue concerned me, my word has been taken into account and key decisions made were partially based on my arguments. Yes it’s real. Yes in Belarus. But all that would be unreal without my colleagues: great thanks to them.

Alexander Smirnov, Wialon Trainer

My friend was employed by a company with an interesting Belarusian name – Gurtam. His feedback was intriguing – united team involved in the development of a proprietary innovative platform for satellite tracking… For me it was a new area, quite interesting of course. A confident decision was made and promptly I got a dream-job. There have been so many interesting and challenging tasks to perform since then. Some things remained unchanged – common touch and team spirit, but the main thing is that we still “gurtam” (together) and that’s why we are able to do anything.
