Graphic Designer (Freelance)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand and translate their requirements into visually appealing and engaging designs
  • Develop and design creative visual assets, including but not limited to, logos, brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs align with the company's brand strategy and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and visual communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or a student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
