Collaborate with the HR team to understand and translate their requirements into visually appealing and engaging designs
Develop and design creative visual assets, including but not limited to, logos, brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs align with the company's brand strategy and objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and visual communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proficient in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
