Zones of responsibility:

  • Office general care and maintenance (organizing visual and technical improvements, repairs, cleaning control);
  • Office kitchen maintenance (from cleaning sequence launching till ordering kitchen supplies);
  • Preparation, storage and archiving of company documents, correspondence and deliveries management;
  • Maintaining employees files and issuing employment documents;
  • Procurements administration:
    - ordering office supplies (furniture, equipment, stationary, houseware, snacks) and other services;
    - gathering suppliers' invoices;
    - create and validate procurement requests in internal ERP;
  • Communication with public authorities (documents, certificates, insurance etc);
  • Business trips administration (if any);
  •  Backup on execution of daily bank payments;
  • Support in preparing specific reports, closing documents for the audit (invoices, etc);

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in addressing individuals with respect and providing accurate complete information in a professional manner.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and mail management.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to manage interruptions and maintain productivity in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in administrative field is considered as a big plus.
  • High level of English and Russian.

Working Hours: This is a part-time position with 6 working hours per day.
