Escort Group of Companies, a Russian manufacturer of equipment for satellite monitoring systems and IoT platforms, continues to expand the capabilities of its wireless sensor line using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.
At the beginning of this autumn, the company introduced an update software to the TD-BLE fuel level sensor. Now this device is protected from installing incompatible software, data encryption and «black box» functions are available to restore fuel information in case of loss of communication with the tracker. These and other options can be used in Escort Configurator mobile app.
In addition, over the past six months, the Escort team has made a number of important integrations of wireless equipment with trackers from the manufacturers of the M2M market. Now TD-BLE fuel level sensors, DU-BLE tilt angle sensors, TL-BLE temperature and light sensors interact stably with the following brands of terminals:
TD-BLE is also integrated with the UMKa310 (GLONASSsoft) and GV56 (Queclink) trackers. By the way, in collaboration with Queclink, the DUT TD-150/TD-500 and Queclink GV800G wired terminals were additionally configured for joint operation.
It is important to note the following key advantages of the Escort wireless telematics line:
Information received from TD- BLE, DU-BLE and TL-BLE sensors is available in Wialon monitoring system. Cargo and passenger transportation, mining, construction and agriculture, utilities...any business that uses transport and special equipment can already benefit from the use of wireless telematics. Directly for integrators of M2M solutions, this is a great opportunity to strengthen their competitive advantages and reach a new technological level.
