Monitoring of milk in industries in Russia

Problem

Noginsky agricultural producer implemented Wialon platform to monitor specialized vehicles and control fuel. Thanks to the successful GPS fleet tracking system application, the client expressed the wish to use the system to monitor raw material in industries, namely milk.

Solution

LocMe.ru, the Gurtam partner company from Russia, proposed a vehicle tracking solution consisting of the following components: Wialon Hosting + Sensolator.

Sensolator was chosen as the data collection platform.
Wialon was used to accurately monitor technological processes.

Sensolator displays up-to-date information on the volume of milk in cooling tanks; the data is presented in a convenient graphical form.

Day-to-day monitoring

Wialon allows keeping accurate records of milking operations, milk volumes, and unit operations operation of the units - vacuum, milk pump, and cooler.

Efficient production organization

Thanks to the automation of the control and monitoring of the process industries, it has become possible to avoid disagreements with the dairy factory and their own dairy production.
