It’s been a little over a month since we updated Logistics order management service. Yet the sky is the limit and today we’re happy to introduce you another update with new options and opportunities. Let us introduce Logistics 1.9.
You’ve suggested – we’ve implemented. Now you can generate reports both for separate units/drivers and for groups of elements. The option is designed to save time for dispatchers generating reports for large fleets.
Also, we’ve added an opportunity to display unit reports with detalization or without it. By choosing “without detalization” option, you’ll get a report table with unit routes only, while a “detailed” report table will contain both unit routes and embedded orders. This way you can filter necessary data to visualize in the report.
We keep on improving Logistics usability this time updating report settings. Double click will remove or add necessary columns for the report table. We’ve also simplified statistics output in unit reports – as with report columns you can use drag&drop approach here.

In Logistics 1.9 notifications to be received by a courier can be shown in a pop-up dialogs to a dispatcher as well which allows for quick response to any changes made in routes or orders.
Aiming at prompt reaction to notifications, we’re currently working on fast transitions from pop-up notifications to the corresponding Logistics modes (routes/orders) as well as to the chat with a courier. Stay tuned and follow the news!
Following users’ requests, we’ve added an opportunity to quickly export routes in PDF and XLSX formats.
Furthermore, new columns – “Estimated mileage” and “Message” are now available in the exported route.
For your convenience we’ve we added brief explanations and tips on the new options to Logistics interface. Enjoy and leave your feedback at Gurtam forum.
