IoT project of the year 2021

In 2020, Gurtam for the first time organized a competition dedicated to telematics and IoT projects – IoT project of the year.

How did we take such a daring decision? Because we know how flexible, multifunctional, and effective IoT technologies and telematics are becoming, how they help automate and digitalize the most conservative industries, and how smart solutions bring benefits to businesses of all types. We wanted to share the brightest projects with the whole world – and we did it! The number of applications significantly exceeded our expectations, the level of projects amazed even our specialists, and the leading world media wrote about the competition, its participants, and winners, including Forbes and Business Insider

We saw that the competition is important and necessary for both integrators and their potential clients, who often do not know about the variety of telematics tools. That’s why the second IoT project of the year will take place in 2021! Here is a summary of what you should know about the event.

Why participate?

The competition is a great opportunity to:

  • introduce your best projects to the professional community;
  • get a new perspective on your business and compare it with the industry competitors;
  • exchange ideas, approaches, and technologies with your colleagues;
  • promote yourself on the market and acquire new clients;
  • increase your company's credibility;
  • reinforce the expert reputation in the industry.

In 2020, projects from all over the world took place in IoT project of the year, from Canada to Russia, from Mongolia to Colombia. This year, participation in the competition is also open to integrators from all over the world.

The participating projects will be published in our use cases library. The winners and the most interesting projects will be covered in the Gurtam blog and in the leading business media. Throughout the competition, we will share details about the event in the blog, social networks, mailings, and other channels.
