Exhibitions and conferences 2018: When and where to meet Gurtam

The beginning of February means that the exhibition time is practically at our door. Gurtam team can’t stay on the sidelines of the major industry events and is getting ready for a new “season”. We offer you the review of all 2018 exhibitions and conferences where you’ll be able to commune with Wialon experts in person.

Europe

Summer is always crunch time for Gurtam. On June 11-15 we’ll be in Hannover again for CeBit. It is the place where the latest IT developments will be presented. On top of that, the event providers promise a brand new format of organization (at least they have already changed the date).

After a brief respite, we are waiting for you in Minsk again at Telematics, our annual partner conference that will take place on August 13-19. And while the registration hasn’t started yet, you can get nostalgic and reread the report on the 2017 event. Follow the news here.

In autumn, Hannover will become the site where the leading suppliers in the vehicle industry will gather. The IAA Commercial Vehicles 2018 starts here on September 20 and will take a week. We participate for the first time with the booth and will try to make this event as productive as possible.

North America

On September 12 Mobile World Congress Americas starts in Los Angeles. It is the biggest industry show that will assemble IT-companies from North, South, and Central America. Each year over 1,000 exhibitors come here to showcase the latest developments in IoT, VR, and AI spheres. MWCA is the place where we are going to exhibit with a super booth. Gurtam partners will work there together with Wialon and flespi teams.

By tradition, the day before the event we organize the conference for the partners in the region.

Latin America

In 2018, Latin American region seems to be the most eventful. In spring, it will host two big shows dedicated to the issues of safety and security.

On April 24-26 the Mexican capital will accommodate Expo Seguridad, the event that gathers equipment manufacturers, software developers, and integrators every year. They discuss the trends of the market development and introduce new solutions. Last year over 16,000 visitors attended Expo Seguridad, and it looked like all of them appeared at Gurtam booth.

On April 23 we invite you to take part in the partner conference. This year we promise even more cases of Wialon in practice, engaging speakers, and heated discussions.

A month later, on May 22 Brazilian Exposec begins. Sunny São Paulo and the most respected regional show in the security sphere are awaiting our colleagues from the Latin American office. Last year it was the first time that Gurtam participated in the event. Well, the first but not the last. The exhibition turned out to be a great possibility to meet partners and discuss operational aspects of this region.

And Argentinian Intersec Buenos Aires 2018 finishes the exhibition parade here. For three days, from 29 to 31 August, Buenos Aires will welcome safety and security professionals. The show takes place annually each time involving more and more participants and visitors. Gurtam will be here for the first time.

The Middle East

On March 22 we are due to be in Dubai at Telematics Conference Middle East & Africa, one of the most interesting industry events of the region. As always, here we will discuss the telematics and logistics market trends, IoT technologies and fleet management innovations.

At the end of the year, Dubai traditionally invites everybody who is involved in high-tech solutions development to GITEX Technology Week. From 14 to 18 October, the exhibition will bring together the leading innovative companies from around the globe. IoT, VR and AR, smart cities technologies and robotics industry won’t make you feel bored. Gurtam team will work with the partners at its super booth.

Great news: the day before GITEX you will have a chance to visit our partner conference in Dubai on October 13.

China

We never stop expanding our horizons. That’s why on April 11 we intend to be at Global Sources Consumer Electronics Show in Hong Kong. It is a huge fair for various equipment manufacturers. The exhibitors offer a wide choice of trackers, FLSs, and other MDVR. Put it simply, one of those 1,350 devices that are integrated with Wialon.

Africa

On the African continent, we can’t miss SECUREX South Africa 2018. It will be held on May 22-24 in Johannesburg for the 25th time. The participants will represent a wide range of products and services focused on security. 

CIS

This year we are going to attend Navitech for the 9th time already. It will take place from 24 to 27 April at Expocentre and as always will gather the leading equipment manufacturers, tracking service providers and software developers.

For Gurtam this event is going to be a special one because this is the place where we plan to try a new way of promoting our services. Apart from Wialon and flespi specialists, there will be 15 more companies from our telematics community. What companies? We will reveal it very soon.

Annual Gurtam partner conference will be held in Minsk on July 2-8.
